First of all, this vacuum tester for detecting vacuum circuit breakers is a precise instrument. The wiring density of its circuit board is very large, so it is generally required to be stored in a dry place. If the environment is humid, it needs to be powered on frequently. If the current value of the circuit breaker vacuum tester shows zero after the test, it is necessary to check whether the surface of the lower arc extinguishing chamber is clean. Because the surface is not clean, the change value of the leakage current may be greater than the ionization current value, so the measured value minus the leakage current will be less than zero and will be judged as zero by the instrument. When this happens, as long as the surface of the arc-extinguishing chamber is wiped clean, the test is carried out. Generally speaking, the vacuum degree value obtained in this way is more accurate. When using the circuit breaker vacuum tester, the high-voltage output line should not touch the human body to avoid electric shock.
